Start your children on the journey to truth early! My review of the "Adventure Bible for Toddlers"

Aimed at children ages 2-5, the "Adventure Bible for Toddlers" offers up ten different Bible stories from both the Old and the New Testament. Beginning with the Creation story, the Bible then moves through the stories of Noah's Ark, Moses, David and Goliath, Daniel, and Jonah, before then concluding with four stories about Jesus. The stories are written in simple, straightforward language that toddlers will be able to easily understand.

My children are the foremost authority on children's products of course, and they have informed me that their favourite part of this book is the colourful, action packed pictures. I have to agree that the illustrations are an absolutely wonderful accompaniment to these stories which my children love to hear so often! Our family's favourite drawing is the one of the angel standing between two lions in the story of Daniel - it is absolutely beautiful. The stories themselves are short, each covering four pages of this sturdy board book, perfect for capturing a toddler's short attention span. I really like that those children hungering for more detail will be able to use the included reference to look up the application Bible passage with their parents. Parents who are just starting to introduce regular Bible reading times with their children will be well-suited to use "the Adventure Bible for Toddlers", using these simple stories to ignite their children's interest in spiritual things. Most of all, their children will learn the important truth that God loves them deeply!

I strongly recommend this Bible for toddlers, and award it 4 out of 5 stars.
